Edition #54 — National Poetry Month: 12 Poems from Ken Victor

In this podcast, I’d like to acknowledge National Poetry Month in Canada and the US.  Why poetry on a politics show?  William Butler Yeats, John Berryman, Margaret Atwood and Alan Ginsberg would surely all cry out, “How can you not talk about poetry when you deal with politics?”  So in the spirit of that admonition, I am presenting a selection of 12 poems from Ken Victor; these poems appear in Ken’s new book “We Were Like Everyone Else” published in March of this year by Cormorant Books of Toronto.
